Finding the Rainbow after the Storm

Everyone has bad days. What is the difference in one bad day and a slew of bad days? Perspective! It is healthy to sit with your pain and work through it. It is good to have the tears shed and have a cathartic purge of emotions to get it all out. But once you have processed the pain, let it go. Don't continue to sit in the mud in a haze of sadness. Look for the rainbow after the storm. Instead of wallowing in the 'why me' of it all, look for the lessons. I know they are there because I have had to find them on many occasions myself.

It is easy to get stuck in the darkness. Sometimes it takes a reminder like the glow of a lightening bug to let us know we aren't all alone in the madness. Look up into the darkness and reach out for the stars because they are there to guide you. If it feels like it is too much, reach out to a friend, family member, or even me. Helping people grow and heal is my passion.

If you reach out your hand, I will be here to grab it. I have many healing modalities to help you through your hard times and to help you find your rainbow. We can use Regenesis Hypnotherapy to help you process and file away trauma so that you are not reliving it every day subconsciously in the back of your mind causing panic and anxiety. Reiki, one of my spiritual gifts, is a hands on healing technique that aligns your chakras and remove blocks in your energy system, allowing for the free movement of energy reducing stress and creating a better overall wellbeing. If you are looking for guidance, I give intuitive readings, working with our spirit guides to help give you direction and validation. Join in on one of my guided meditations to change your negative belief systems or take a vacation on a hypno-meditative journey, or come enjoy a sound healing session for vibrational reset and relaxation. I offer something for everyone to help you grow and to help you learn to heal yourself.
